Salmon and cedar is a well known, but certainly also a winning combination! Adding a delicious teriyaki sauce, makes this combination complete! Served with seaweed risotto from the Dutch Oven !


I always saw some cedar planks in pieces so that I can serve portions of 150 grams. I use the cedar plank also in the presentation; that gives a wonderful sweetsmoky aroma while being served, and provides that important wow effect’ !
