Another fantastic recipe by chef Ralph! Grilled and smoked salmon on a cedar plank. The fish is glazed with a home made teriyaki sauce and the planks are preportioned in advance so they can be served on the plate, still smoking while being served! Further more the salmon is accompanied by seaweed risotto, wasabi crème, wakamé seaweed salad, daikon root and radish.
